Most residential garage floors can be completed in 1–2 days. Larger commercial projects may take 3–5 days. The floor needs an additional 12–24 hours before light foot traffic, and 72 hours before parking vehicles.

It depends on the existing coating's condition. Sometimes we can apply over existing coatings, but often we recommend diamond grinding to remove old coatings for the best adhesion and longevity. We'll assess this during your free estimate.
